Internal family Boxing
Neijia Quan
A generic term gathering several styles which supposedly come from Wudang mountain. In fact this notion was created in late 1800's to mark a clear distinction between arts coming from shaolin and a "new brand" focussing of internal power. Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyi quan were associated with that "Internal family"
