Leopard

The Leopard is agile and often cruel in his fighting method. The Chi Lin Leopard system employs fast techniques.  Leopard is said to have begun as a southern Shaolin style that incorporates northern influences found in the Panther system. Leopard is a soft system and is used to develop speed, power, and agility. As a Martial Art system, it was developed by Sifu Mot, a great Choy Lay Fut practitioner and was included in his Tiger system because of its different yet similar structure and style of attack.

The main hand weapons of this system are the Leopard Paw Punch and Leopard Fist. The Leopard strike is formed so that it can jab or rake, striking soft and structurally weak points of the body. The effect is such that the attacker can no strike because the nerves controlling the muscles are overloaded and cannot send the signal for them to move. This leaves the attacker in a precarious position.  Leopard is generally used with infighting, striking at the opponents muscles (bone against muscle, muscle against bone).
